A community full of development, Westmount is the ideal choice for people who are looking for a new beginning. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, a young family, or an older couple looking to downsize, Westmount has a variety of sizes and styles of houses to choose from including sprawling single-detached homes and comfortable condominiums.

Houses in the area typically have a smaller lot size than the more seasoned neighbourhoods in Oakville but the area is filled with such a large sense of community that it’s hard to tell. Neighbours are friendly, and the safe streets are filled with families taking walks and children playing outside. Young families are attracted to the area thanks to its new developments, access to good schools, and vicinity to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. The well-planned neighbourhood features walking trails and ravines around every corner, with shopping amenities just minutes away.

If you’re looking for a new place to set down your roots, there’s no better choice than North Oakville’s Westmount neighbourhood.
